How it Works
After a session date is set with the school I will come to the school to confirm a location we can use for the day of the portrait sessions. Usually I set up by a window. I bring all equipment with me (a plain black backdrop, camera and stool- I keep things very simple). The school will be required to provide the cap and gown the day of the sessions (if for grad portraits). It is highly recommended to set the session date 6-8 weeks before graduation.

The Day of the Sessions
Each session will take approximately 5 minutes. Each child will get photos in their regular clothing and then in their cap and gown. Photos are taken from the chest and above (there will be no full length photos).

After the Sessions
The school will get a link from me to share with families within 1 week for the portraits to be viewed online. Each family will get between 3-5 images per gallery in both colour and black and white. It will be through this link that parents can place their orders for prints and/or digital downloads. All payment is taken through the link via PayPal ( a PayPal account is not required). Once orders are placed I will deliver the prints to the school within 3 weeks for distribution to the families.
